For team leaders, HR and project managers, the second step is to attend the ActuallyAutistic.Work Manager training. Learn how to recruit, appraise and integrate high-functioning autistic in team processes, meetings, innovation, socially. How to specify work to be done, monitor and give feedback. Ways to intervene when high-functioning autistic employees get in trouble. Optimise the workplace environment. This full-day training is delivered at your premises and according to your needs. Price is EUR 2700 plus 80 per participant and includes the Awareness training.
Our ActuallyAutistic.Work Workplace assessment: we document which changes would be beneficial, according to your needs, situation and objectives. The good news is that many changes are for free, or low cost, and tend to benefit all staff in general. We can focus on teams with potentially high representation like QA, accounting, BI, development, logistics. Price is EUR 4100 for two days onsite and two days off site work.
